FEBRUARY 10 - ENRICHING YOUR INNER GARDEN
Marie shares RECIPES FOR SUPPORTING THAT GUT FEELING. In this session you'll learn about fermented foods and how they improve assimilation inside and out for your general well-being.
Wendy facilitates a conscious dreaming exercise to help you CONNECT WITH A SYMBOL OF PERSONAL POWER followed by a discussion on practical ways to use that special symbol in your everyday life.

Using the universal technique for shamanic journeying, you'll open doors to the transpersonal realms, connect with otherworldly allies and invite personal transformation.
This program is designed to give you a well-rounded jumpstart to creating a shamanic practice to enhance your life and the lives of others. This will be done in a small, safe group setting . . . an extremely powerful way to learn these skills.
